Disabled hardware graphics acceleration, disabled "Animate controls and elements inside windows," disabled all COM addins, disabled all addins, uninstalled AntiVirus, disabled Touchscreen in Device Manager, ran OffCAT Tool only told me to Enable hardware graphic acceleration , repair Office Install, even completely reinstall Office. Nothing alleviates the issue. Is there anything else that could be causing the issue?

OK heres what worked for me Win10 64bit Office workbook, repeatedly copied modified All on a HPz Workstation with Kaperski Expereincing tremendous frustrating slowdown in performance, coupled with high processor load with Excel such that when it went high everything would freeze for a minute and sometimes remain "hanged" Went through many of the options believing the issue Kaperski Even rolled back a few times to earlier snapshots of windows Office rustration over Caveat: for now I wish Microsoft would stop using its customers to beta test its offerings , I've lost so much time on this issue I could scream and smash all my technology.
